We've recently improved the booking experience for meeting rooms based on feedback. Our old meeting room booking form let you type in any start and end time for a meeting, we received feedback that the drop-down was confusing as it only showed times on the hour and started at midnight so was easy to book a meeting at 2am rather than 2pm.
We have added new configuration options for meeting rooms to set the opening and closing times as well as the shortest and longest meeting duration. When booking a meeting you will now see the start drop-down shows times between the opening and closing time that increment by the shortest duration.
