Let your team know when there is a desk or parking available
Notify your team that a desk or parking spot has become available when a booking is cancelled on a day that way previously fully booked
Step 1: Select a channel you want to receive a reminder in and open it in Slack. (Only required if sending the notification to a channel) In this example we're going to use the "general" channel.

Step 2: Invite the Hot Desk bot to the channel. (Only required if sending the notification to a channel) Use the "/invite" slash command to add Hot Desk to the channel.

Step 3: Hot Desk can now send messages to the channel. (Only required if sending the notification to a channel) You should see a message in the channel confirming Hot Desk has been added.

Step 4: Open the Hot Desk app in Slack and click "notifications".

Step 5: Click "Create notification".

Step 6: Click "capacity available"

Step 7: Select the channel(s) you added Hot Desk to, and the space(s) you want to get notified about - leave spaces empty to get notified about all spaces. Once complete click "Create".

Done! You will now receive notifications in the channels you selected.
