Create or cancel a routine for another team member
A routine sets up automatic booking on a recurring basis. Each user can have multiple routine items and each routine item can be set up for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly frequencies; giving you the flexibility you need in your hybrid work schedule. In this step-by-step guide we will look at managing routines for another team member.
Step 1: Open the Hot Desk app within Slack and click the "Team routines" button under "Admin area".

Step 2: Select the user you would like to manage routines for.

Step 3: From here you can manage routine items for the selected user. To create a new routine click the "add item" button, to remove a routine click the "delete" button next to the routine to be removed. To manage routine items for a different user simply select another user from the dropdown as described in the previous step.
